Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Inspire Android mobile application (the "App"), provided by Inspire IIT-JEE & NEET Foundation (A Unit of MR Groups) ("we", "us", "our"). By logging into or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are a Student under the age of majority, your use of the App is on behalf of, and subject to arrangements made between, your School and your parent/guardian, as described in Section 2.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• The App is available only to individuals affiliated with a school that has a subscription/partnership with us (a "Partner School"): School Admins, Teachers, and Students of that school.
• Accounts are created for you by your School Admin — there is no public self-registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, notify your School Admin and us immediately.
• Your School Admin may suspend or reinstate your account access at their discretion, consistent with the school's own policies and this Policy's data-retention practices (see Privacy Policy, Section 8).

3. Description of the Service

The App provides, depending on your role and program:

• Teachers: dashboards, teaching video libraries, PDF/resource libraries, online class scheduling, test assignment and monitoring, performance reporting, and announcements.
• Students (IIT Foundation program): videos, online classes, tests and assessments, results and solution review, performance analytics, personalized recommendations, and AI Doubt Support.
• Students (Regular Academics program): videos and online classes only — tests, performance analytics, and AI features are not part of this program.
• School Admins: school-wide dashboards, academic structure management, teacher and student account management, test administration, and reporting.

We may add, modify, or remove features from time to time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, anti-cheating, or access-control feature of the App, including during a test.
• Share your login credentials with anyone else, or access another user's account without authorization.
• Copy, redistribute, publicly share, or commercially exploit videos, PDFs, question banks, or other content made available through the App, beyond your own personal study or teaching use within your school.
• Use the App to harass, bully, or send inappropriate content to other users, including through the Announcements or AI Doubt Support features.
• Upload, to the Knowledge Base or AI features, any content you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate for a school setting.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App, except as permitted by law.

5. Academic Conduct & Test Integrity

• Tests and assessments are intended to be completed independently, honestly, and within the rules communicated for that test (e.g. time limits, permitted materials).
• The App may monitor certain signals during a test to help maintain fairness (for example, detecting when the app is backgrounded during an active test). Detected irregularities may result in the test being closed and, where applicable, a retest being offered, at the School's and/or platform's discretion.
• Teachers and School Admins may reset a student's test attempt where a technical issue (device or connectivity problem) affected that attempt.

Violations of academic integrity may be addressed by your School under its own academic policies, separately from any action we take within the App.

6. AI Features Disclaimer

• AI Doubt Support and Knowledge-Base Ask generate answers automatically based on uploaded reference material and, where applicable, general knowledge. These answers may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect.
• AI-generated answers are a study aid, not a substitute for guidance from a qualified teacher, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for academic decisions.
• Daily usage limits may apply to these features.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

• Videos, PDFs, question banks, and other instructional content made available through the App are owned by us and/or our licensors (including content your school may itself upload) and are licensed to you solely for your own study or teaching use within your Partner School.
• The App's software, design, and branding are owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission.
• Content you submit (such as AI Doubt Support questions or documents uploaded to the Knowledge Base) remains yours, but you grant us a licence to use it as needed to provide the relevant feature.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services, including Google Firebase (push notifications) and external meeting platforms (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) for online classes. Your use of those third-party services is also subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices.

9. Suspension & Termination

• Your School Admin may suspend your account at any time, consistent with the school's own policies (for example, on withdrawal from the school).
• We may suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms, or where necessary to protect the security or integrity of the service.
• Suspending an account restricts login access; it does not, by itself, delete your academic history — see the Privacy Policy for how data is retained and how deletion can be requested.

10. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• We do not guarantee any particular academic outcome, test score, or examination result from using the App.
• Online class links are provided by your teacher via third-party platforms; we are not responsible for the availability or quality of those third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspire IIT-JEE & NEET Foundation (A Unit of MR Groups) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Inspire IIT-JEE & NEET Foundation (A Unit of MR Groups) harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App, to the extent permitted by law and, where you are a minor, subject to the responsibilities your School and parent/guardian have agreed to on your behalf.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by other reasonable means, and will update the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
