Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time, directly from the Inspire mobile app. This page explains how to do it, what is removed, and how long anything is kept afterwards.
How to delete your account
Deleting your account takes four steps inside the Inspire mobile app.

Open the Inspire app Sign in on the device where you use Inspire.

Go to your Profile, then open Settings Your profile is reachable from the main navigation.

Tap Delete Account You will find it at the bottom of the Settings screen.

Confirm the deletion when prompted Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
Your profile and all associated personal data are permanently deleted.
- Your account profile, name, email address, phone number and profile photo.
- Your enrolment records, class and section assignments.
- Your test attempts, scores, results and performance history.
- Your attendance records and class participation history.
- Your saved content, notes, bookmarks and in-app activity.
Retention notice
Some data may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion for legal compliance purposes, such as audit trails and transaction records where required by law. After this period, all remaining data is securely deleted or anonymized.
No longer have the app?
If you have already uninstalled Inspire or cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will process the deletion for you. We also answer any questions about this page at the same address.
